He was trained as an operator by the State Police to administer the Alcotest 7100c (breath machine you blew into). Convictions for driving while intoxicated hinge on the performance of sobriety tests and results of the breath sample you provided. Being able to identify issues with these tests can, and often times do, reduce or dismiss a DWI charge.
